I have been banned (86)
rohaan: I have been banned a couple of times, and I have banned (one particular person) from threads. In the incidences of my being banned, it was because opinions were requested, and when mine wasn't what the thread author wanted, he/she banned me from further participation. The person I banned from my threads was being extremely belligerent and passive aggressive; it had nothing to do with their opinion or view, etc...
I know many do not like the "ban" feature; however, it is a device the club sees fit to install. I have decided that if I agree to membership, then I accept the devices. Should I, or anyone else, object to a high degree, then the option is to cancel membership. (If you don't look at it as gargantuan, it shouldn't be. It's only as big as YOU make it.)
