To answer you thread question. Long before I met my late husband I dated heavy set men.To me they were still men with feelings regardless of their weight.I still feel the same way today.

But I don't find overweight men attractive. I'd prefer the ones who need fattening up!
However, I know others that do (like you
) like them chunkier.So it boils down to individual taste, and obviously personality at the end of the day.
Lots of people who ask about what women want re. body shape and if personality counts at all, usually don't have a personality worth talking about
Okay, I take back everything I've said.
If I had to choose between a big man with a great personality, and a slim one with none, I'd go for the former.

Thank you to the ladies who have posted. I'm just trying to get a feel for what women want. I'm a big guy with a heart of gold, loyal, and honest yet I seem to be the "nice guys finish last" type or I'm dating the wrong kind of ladies who don't want a relationship but multiple guys for multiple options of fun a night.
