Now I'm not saying that all the women are "porkers" but there is a trend , especially in Western Europe & America , that women often let themselves go , whereas women from eastern block countries seem to keep their shape & figure .
I was wondering what the reasoning is behind this.. Is it a cultural thing or is it to do with diet & lack of exercise.
