Yep, bit hard to work out all right. I too have received flowers with the message "Would like to hear from you" and have replied only to get a CS message "e-mail could not be sent as you do not meet this members's criteria". One would think that as a contact request had been received it should negate the "criteria"side of things, but this does not seem to be the case!

He is probably mad at you for taking so long to respond. Its happened to me thousands of times but i dont have time to respond to all the messages promptly. Im suing for carpal tunnel syndrome too!
