For myself that doesn't drive I can't wait ,haha,
It will seemingly will reduce accidents on the road eg collisions ,etc etc what are your thoughts early days yet but what are your thoughts on it .

Then it will accelerate on it's own to the speed u set it at when the vehicle in front is no longer in the way. At night, it dips main headlights when a car is coming towards you or u enter an area that is lit up. Puts main headlights on again when suitable. The handbrake is electronic. It activates and deactivates by itself.
Then there is lane departure warnings and messages telling you to stop and have a coffee.

Well I find it hard to visualise non drivers ie people who have never driven in their lives and no nothing about cars sitting in back of car with feet up while car on the motorway

Just shows that self driving cars are on the road already, but they have the emphasis on Driver assist. wont be long before that changes.
What I want to know is how will the insurance work ?

The cars can be shared as well as own owner I want to be the first. To have one in Wexford ,
