HAPPY BIRTHDAY!... Howdy milan! I'm not singing Happy Birthday to you, because, well, I'm just not motivated to do so. 
Seriously though, when I turned 50, it was no big deal, no problem... When I turned 40, no big deal, no problem.
Ah, but 30 ? That age is our first true realization of mortality on a personal level. The hard truth is, if we live long enough, we're going to get old. We had the pride of life in our twenties, and an inner arrogance so powerful with life, by having that number '2' in front of our age.Spent most of our teen years wishing that we were 20. Then old enough to go to strip bars, our employers had bright expectations in our physical alertness and strength. And for the most part, finally being recognized, as adults.
milan, this year may be difficult to accept, but you'll grow in amazing ways and settle in very well with the natural process of life.
