Relaxing at the moment but later, invited some friends over for a BBQ & to watch the champions league final between athletico & Real Madrid .. Wedding on Sunday .

I'm going to have some tea and toast and decide what to do about this girl I'm seeing. I like her but it doesn't feel to be going anywhere. And after lunch I'm going to buy some new swimming shorts, I lost my old ones and the underpant lining in the ones I'm using now has perished. Then I'll go to the gym and for drinks later.
Not too many drinks as tomorrow is my godson's birthday party and I'm very much looking forward to being pounded over the head with toys taking me by surprise.

I never do much but Saturday is a day like all others. Tonight l leave here at 7pm and drive overnight to Clermont-Ferrand, France, its normally about 14 hours with quiet roads at night, at least the weather is good in Spain now because here its been heavy rain all morning and strong wind so l will be pleased to leave.

This is where l know l am better off on my own because l have no garden but l have land and sow seeds for fun, if they grow they grow, then l have people come and plant them and other things on different plots, l get no pleasure from the digging, double digging, hoeing, weeding thing.
A dog l would never have another since my dog died 32 years ago.
I don't drink alcohol so l could not sit talking about two flies on the wall watching people slowly deteriorate after glasses of beer or wine.
