If I'm on a packed train , I can guarantee it's that annoying American woman you can hear above all else.. The same applies to coffee shops, restaurants & shopping ..

I can be as loud as some but usually am more reserved and quiet. Have you never heard it is the quiet ones you should watch out for. May this give you comfort during your time of grieving 
or pissing and moaning how ever one chooses to see it.

Fact in point from advanced psychology classes at university: People continue to believe that the louder they get, the more they are heard. This is possibly the biggest misconception of all time. The truth is, almost everyone filters out loud people, and although they may "hear" them, they do not absorb what is being said. So, loud people are just making noise, they are not accomplishing anything else. Certain parts of Spain and the Spanish islands get thousands of loud mouthed drunken yobs visiting every year but it doesn't mean that all those visiting from the UK are the same.

A stranger is a stranger & I would like to keep it that way especially when I'm concentrating on my crossword / sudoku travelling on the tube.. However, that wasn't the case & at the mid- point of my journey, I knew everything about Kirsty , her family, her families pets & all their disciples .
