I hope one day Cork can secede from the Republic, the EU and Munster. We will build a wall to the west and make the Kerry people pay for it. It's not that I dislike Kerry people. I'm sure many of them are fine people but they're not sending us their best. They are sending us boy their racers and sheep stealers. They come over here at night across the Healy Pass taking our women and our jobs and they all play for Kerry clubs.

We need division not unity. We need the parish not the country.

pedro27: just pretend in your mind Ireland is United, problem solved

Lol Pedro, I liked that reply laugh thumbs up

And in my view Pedro is pretty correct. I mean what 'unites' a people? We are all ruled by corporations and a very few very rich, living no where near. Politics don't differ that much, bottom line: It's all aimed at keeping us running in the hamster wheel, while they want us to feel divided, keeps our attention diverted, when truly, our lives pretty much all belong to the same few, the world over blues

Republic of Ireland political leaders have joined with Sinn Fein to call for a border poll after Northern Ireland voted to remain in the European Union while the UK as a whole opted to leave.

The DUP branded the calls "pathetic and deliberately mischievous".

Enda Kenny and Micheal Martin's cavalier attempts at electioneering suit unionism very nicely

Irish unity is best idea around, insists SDLP leader Eastwood

So we decided to hold a poll on if the time was right to have a vote - yes a vote on a vote, just what we in Northern Ireland love.

And 7,645 votes were cast in the space of 24 hours.

Overwhelming - 73% - said the time was right for a poll.

We also asked a second question on what way people would vote.

And 70% said they would vote for a united Ireland.

......

I wonder what castle catholics and west Brits make of it...

Enda Kenny is as usual making a complete fool of himself and his Party on the whole "United Ireland" debate.

Its great that they at least now finally have a view,as does F/F all of a sudden.

Suppose this is some progress.

Jimmy5IA: Tossers like Sturgeon and others from the Remain campaign who can´t/wont accept the result
If you have an independent scotland just because of this result then you might as well have an independent london who also voted remain,,, i dont hear any calls for that though,,,, seems like some are bad losers...
