Actually there is blue lines moving across my screen as I type and I don't know how to rule them out ,they do look like glass rulers changing into little squares popping up everywhere

i'm starting back today a 1 hour walk with my greyhound, i got lazy because i was drinking heavy and had no motovation, but now im off the drink 7 days, i got a blood test and the result was the alcohol is effecting my liver bad, so i have no option but to stop.
