I'd say there will surely also be a lot of people living in Ghana who are not scammers, but certainly caution is good, and giving out phone numbers to strangers seems unwise anyway, no matter where they are from

What if it isn't really a woman but a catfish ,or a group acting as one to get your money out of you ,they might even have a woman on Skype set up for you ,
One never knows these things happen ,then again if your a romantic kind and believe in fate who knows could lead to a date,

dont throw away the chance of love just because a person is from a "lower socio economic group" or a known scamming country....she could be absolutely genuine and you shouldn't discount her immediately. she might just be the love of your life.Please advise
