I tell you: I have had my share of threes. I have also had the experience where things were going bad for so long that I really began to worry. I decided then and there that I had to make a radical 180 degree change in my life, and lo and behold, good fortune began coming in bunches.

everyone knows me at the grocery store.
we have a front and back entrance.
i've paid for my goods and said goodbye to everyone and went out the front entrance only to realize i parked in the back.
now i have to walk past everyone i just said goodbye to and say oops i went out the wrong door.
i've done it on more then one occasion due to parking differently each time i go there.

I got a free upgrade to first class on a flight once. I happily settled down in its relative opulence.
Then at mealtime, I opened one of those sealed milk containers. It was difficult to open, so I had to yank the top off.
Result? milk flew out of the container and landed all over another first-class passenger - they were not impressed to say the least

I volunteered and ushered at a memorial service for a cancer treatment center. After helping the last person I realized there was a security breach at Los Pantalones the entire time.
