Your right Tom Russian paraplegics, but why not kick out the others who were guilty of doping?

i'm against dope, doping et'al... but seems like anyone
who has been stuck in that stinkhole longer than 24
hours would more than likely test positive for something.

What If Doping Were Legal?

If doping were legal, Lance Armstrong would get to keep his seven Tour de France gold medals. But then again, who knows if he would have won them in the first place. In an alternate reality in which cyclists were free to use whatever substances and however much of them they pleased, victory might go to the elite competitor who was willing to adopt the most extreme (and dangerous) performance-enhancing drug regimen. Would Lance have what it takes?

Individual responsibility should be the name of the game and complete standardisation of Individual Drugs testing at every event and a tightening up and the proper separation of drugs into A deliberate enhancers and B Authorised Prescription drugs and tablets for medical needs such as Asthma etc.

That has been needed since we in the UK all knew that the US, Canadians, Russians, East Germans and the Bulgarian Weight lifters, especially the Women, used to use Drugs way before the wall came down. It is called Discipline. --- Invitations and Rules to be sent to Organisers and all competitors should be required to sign One week before the competition in writing
1. All potential competitors to arrive at the venue at least 3 days before the Competition.
2. All potential competitors Must submit for testing within 24 hrs of arrival.
3. Every competitor to sign the agreement and Comply or disqualified from Entry-
4. Every competitor is entitled to Written confirmation of a Pass or the Full Breakdown giving reasons if Failed

We'd get to see a man run the 100 metres in 3.2 seconds. I'd love to see that, it would take our eyeballs longer than 3.2 seconds to watch him do it.
