2intrigued: It's kind of a crap shoot with your choices but if it were me having to choose, I'd go with the one that has a garage and balcony because these are personal advantages. The rest can easily be ignored. Besides, you're much too young to be taking up residence in a seniors building.
The apartment with the garage and balcony/view cost $600 more at 3080 per month .... is that worth it?

Sheeeeesh, Gally, Sometimes I sook at $800.00 a mth, but when I weigh it up 3 b/rooms, 4 car garage, orange, lemon, and pear trees, river, I think I got it good,,,,,,handshake cheers cheers

Yep, Unla, pleased to meet ya, it really is, sometimes tho, in the middle of summer we get a week of 45% but nice balmy nights, its also why some bloke invented air conditioners,,,,, lol also in the middle of winter we might get maybe 2 frosts a year, with 28% days,,,, true....

Don`t know about SA, but ours is a dry heat, with next to no humidity,

most of the time you don`t know its been that hot till you see it on the news.....

Get a place in a boat going around the world so you can sleep and wake up the next day in another city, anothe country...perhaps another continent!

(I do pay 150 Dollars for a big apartment's rent (3 br)in the top floor of a building with an amazing view and no I am not bragging)
