Hi daniel being from the US sometimes I can't begin to understand our political system either.

I just see it all as one great big scam in regards to politics goes.

It didn't matter before and it's not going to really matter now to whom gets into office as President cause I can't see things getting any better.

This world is in a bad shape.

The US political and Legal systems from top to bottom are too complicated and corrupt, governed state to state by money and funds by dubious legal methods and organisations to both parties who are all so corrupt that they say one thing in Public and do the opposite no matter which side gets elected.
The poorest people get Crap and are disadvantaged while the wealthiest get all the Cream and would sell their relations so with very few exceptions all the voters get the Scum they deserve and so it will be until the masses take to the streets in Millions and change it.

conversing It is a complete and utter mystery to me as well, Conrad...and i've been here all my life. The system is certainly not "democratic" in the slightest as it does not reflect the popular vote and there need to be guidelines of who can run for the office of Presidency and who cannot...there also needs to be a strict psychological evaluation done on potential candidates before they are allowed to even run. If that were the case, both Clinton AND Trump would have never been allowed to step into the race to begin with...both are nuts IMHO uh oh

Its not a good system when little over half vote . In any event the voters don't chose the President , that's down to a handful in an electoral college . Last time the popular vote was ignored was when George Bush jnr was appointed . Al Gore could well have been worse than Bush with his "The Horrible Truth" rubbish . There is plenty that is attributed to what each says by the media , not trustworthy by any means . In trumps case , he's fair game as he's wanting change and the Googles, Apples , Amazons won't like their favoured tax status fiddled with . Tax should not just be for the working person . One of Trumps speeches delivered to the Union League covering defence , NATO , ISIL shows just where his head is at . A good speech , over all the U-Tube video clips viewers would be lucky to number 60,000 . There is no way Americans are informing themselves . It would not matter if the US did not affect the rest of us .

in all seriousness its the 2017 supreme court nominations that matter the most, and if the faux outlaw hillbilly clintock gets to pick she'll load the court up with so many homegrown commies she'll turn us into venezuela overnight, or worse. and than the hillbilly's
fema re-education funcamps will be open for business. All Aboard!

i dont know what folks are seeing in europe
but i suspect they are seeing a complete across the board media
bias that supports all the home grown commie clinton rhodes scholars
and the home grown commie neocon trotsky'ite republican defectors.

the globalists have so much invested in the wardens pay for play
clintock foundation they have no choice but to pull all the stops
for a clintock win.

IN the US many have turned off the TV and have started to look
at the wikileaks releases... thats where the action is now.
