I don't think the 4th grade kids would take much notice, may be the other single male teachers would look. She has a lovely figure, maybe the dads of the fourth graders have been coming to collect the children.
tomcatwarne: I didn't see that one, it's honest though.
If you didn't open the link then you wouldn't see all the pictures of the way she dresses.
My opinion is that this dress if fine for the club but it's not a professional way to dress as a teacher.
Teachers are molding children for the future. There is no way a child will listen to what she says. They will be focusing on how big her breasts and butt are and comparing it to the way their mother or sister dresses.

May be not bot if you saw some of my 11th grade teachers you would be shocked

I think you're missing the point of the article Tom.
When you were in the 11th grade teachers probably dressed with a button open on the top of their shirt or maybe a tight dress.
It was a different world then. Teachers are more then teachers these days. They set examples. Sometimes a child doesn't have a good home life so the teacher fills in guiding them.
I wouldn't want this teacher guiding my child. You have to look the part to BE the part.
Aragorn11: I would have thought there would be some sort of dress code for teachers
I don't know if there is a written dress code. I worked for a large corporation and a law office. I didn't have to be told how to dress. The knowledge just goes with the job.

But this is slightly different in that she is in charge of 8/9 year olds and her employer is the state/gov. I would have thought there would be some sort of dress code for teachers in their contract

I would've thought that also Vinny.
It appears common sense has not prevailed in this case.
I've never seen a NZ teacher inappropriately dressed to teach. Perhaps we do have a dress code in NZ which covers this.

Do you think it is inappropriate for her to dress like this?
What consequences (if any) could it have to look like this in front of fourth graders?
Should she wear the same dress in a bigger size?
The article tells the story of what she is dealing with.
