But really, do women fight fair? Is it fair to find your stuff on the lawn after an argument? or your clothes with holes or permanent marks? Is it ok to find that your Rolex watch has suddenly disappeared? How about slandering you behind your back?

Is it ok for men to practice these crafts too?

True, but it also happens in the workplace. And I must say that women at work are more likely to use it because, unlike men, they are less likely to punch others out.wave

Do the women punch other women or men? If other women, then I agree with you. If men, then it is not a fair fight because they usually know the man will not hit back. It would just be an extension of their passive-aggressive behaviour. That is not fair.scold

Not true..I've seen women hit men and they have hit them right back.
Not a pretty sight to see!

Depends on who they are, what they fight about, how much they've drank.
Even when not drinking, I've seen it happen.
Just the type of pple they are.

But I do get what your saying though..no its not fair. I agree..comfort

Well I hate passive-aggressive behaviour. Better you give me a slap so I know you are angry.

I hate sitting down to a lovely family supper one day thinking all is well, then coming home the following day to an empty house.devil

Lonely1: The issues is, which is worse: to be with someone who will get up in your face and tell you what they think, or someone who will smile at you then burn your favourite item when your back is turned?

Is it just me or should the former be the appropriate choice of action?

yaaah....it's just you

grin
Just teasing...

I think there may be other choices....somewhere in between 'up in your face' or 'smiling while they get ya behind your back'. Those both sound anger driven and pretty unhealthy. What about 'death by indifference'.... it adds a sense of hopelessness because although they don't care, they are still there. There are so many ways we can hurt each other before we understand it's all the same...

I hurt you....is hurting me.
You hurt me...is hurting you.

Perhaps being with someone who you can just speak with openly (with acceptance and compassion) might be the way to go....dunno ....or even just someone who cares for you as you are, doesn't always agree, but they treat you with honesty and respect.

sometimes it's not so much what the other person does, but what it brings out in oneself, a 'self lesson' you can learn from, make new choices, or....rinse and repeat as often as you choose...

dwelling on 'which is worse' keeps one focused on negativity. And if that floats your boat...have at 'er.
But if you want to be happy in a relationship, maybe try focusing on the positive and practising some gratitude for that which does bring you happiness.

thumbs up

Don't quote me on this, but I have noticed, in my short life span, that people who have no love for animals, children, plants, or living things, are the ones who are most likely to be passive-aggressive.professor

I once went to a woman's house and notice a house plant that had died because of lack of water!!!crying
