Not from the public you can't. Your motives are the sameas anyone else's. Banks have business start up loans, or approach
private business groups for backing. If either thinks it's viable,
(ie: if they can smell a profit), you will get start up money.
The alternative is to work a regular job like most of us to provide
for a family.
