If you are fit enough, expect to live another 20 years as a healthy active person and and plan on having a few hundred thousand to spare over the next couple of decades then sure, why not.

If you are fit, healthy and willing and able to run after a toddler, then go for it.
There is a search function on CS where you can look for women looking for guys your age and you can search if someone wants kids.
