If your life is "all bad money, bills and stress", why don't you change it?
What prevents you from working short hours at a pleasant place for high pay, making good investments and retiring to some paradise island at 40?

Life isn't all about money, paying bills and stress and if yours is then you need to reevaluate how you spend your free time and what kind of work you should be doing to maximize your zen time.
There are 168 hours in a week. Don't tell me work is all 150 hours a week ( minus sleep time ) without one or two days off.
You should take 1 or 2 hours a day for yourself and one day off where you can enjoy a massage and a few good meals.
Take care of yourself because no one will do it for you.

Life is what you make it. If you make it work, money and stress it will be so. But I understand what you mean, many people have no choice than to work and stress to earn and it's not funny. If they have no money, how can life be even a bit joyful?
