I often wonder why people join a dating site, when they have no intention of finding a partner..
Hopefully , in time , the politically motivated will fade away & give genuine people, with lives, the opportunity to share some of their "real life" experiences.

On a dating site, people have time to answer, even google information, before giving an reply.
That may give a false impression that they are both intelligent & humorous, which my not be the case when faced with a real life situation

I do nothing to gain someone's attention, even if I find them really interesting...
I need few minutes to understand the character and even predict what the person will say...
That's in real life, when it comes to virtual life I don't get hooked on the intelligent mails I (rarely) get, the boring part is that very soon they get tired of pretending to be something else...
In short, I am very happy I am not looking...
