Is your summer months as extreme as your winter?

Lucky we are, but at the moment we have quite a few drought-stricken areas causing strict water restrictions and affecting our farmers badly. We are in desperate need of rain

Thank you

Yes actually there very extreme..can go from +20 to - 30 in a day..no kidding!
I have seen snowstorms in mid August here......uh oh
Be well prepared in this country is all I can say..

From my experience in 20 some odd years out west?

Bring a bag full of all seasonal wear..your gonna need it!

laugh

Hoping for some rain for your area hug wave

There have ALWAYS been several reliable heavy-tow outfits in Alberta. The "Highway boys"...who tow through some real TOUGH COUNTRY in BC decided to make some dollars both on TV and in my world trying to tow from a base in Lac La Biche (at the southern end of the massive Ft Mac oilfields). lol...long before the TV show hit the waves we have been hitting the ditch up here, sliding sideways down the highway over embankments, asking our passengers to hold a beer while we careened into the bush....it wasn't and isn't all about what is on TV...I just looked in my phone book....20 heavy-tow operators....and no, the HTH boys are NOT listed! lol

I know I will change nothing in the grand scale, I am just giving my grain of sand because I am a dreamer for a better world.

My purpose is to promote awareness.

Some people choose to waste use their time a la "Mr. Bean" and if that makes them happy good for them.
