My best advice for those that can't speak, write or even spell coherent English is to enrol in an English language course first. After some form of testing ,and periodical exams and graduation of some sort, they revise and update their abstract/curriculum vitae/ resume. Perhaps it will be coherent. A brand is easy to find but employment abroad is not; one should decide which they prefer.
Canada seems to have quite sufficient numbers of illeterates already that are not able to even fill open jobs at many burger chains and many foreign students are brought in to take the jobs. Don't expect much at all...
