ok been exploring available free image hosting upload services
this looks good, one image at a time we can use this site
CTRLQ produces a code like the one displayed in post # 292
you need to extract the bit (example):
and add open and close tags, (no spaces) (space for demonstration only):

Nikon Coolpix P500 an oldie one (zoom 36x)
and I got another one with zoom 83x / equivalent to 2000 mm) terrrifffic!
. Although it is not easy to focus without a tripod and that can be problem because in some places tripod is not permitted to carry it with you, like when traveling (because I might use it as a weapon 
) and that can be an inconvinience.

I was surprised to find x30 zoom in the Sony a7ii, i have trouble holding it still but resting up against helps, the red headed (male) Gang-Gang photo i used the zoom to bring that image up that way (leaning up against a tree) All though i carry a tripod in the car I've never used it at any time, better to practice without i think
