"THIS IS MORE OF A TUTORIAL""

biggest trick you could have used was to have never upgraded
for the last ten years... and always turn your Javascript off when using Yahoo...which is what i do.

that being said i still have law enforcement personal who use yahoo,
tell me the trick is to only have one account, with no phone number or real username

and use a backup email with no phone number no real address no real phone #
No real name and turn off java when using your email...

my LEO contacts and I use startpage, disconnect, noscript or a variant
using a little addon from firefox called yahoo mail hide panel that blocks
most all chineese hacking attacks through through the graghics,

my recipe is using firefox,,, tweeking my about config:settings,
using disconnect from the netherlands,,(there is a fake copy Not from the netherlands)
and using Firefox addons like "Random Agent Spoofer" and "Privacy Settings" to get You started,

I personally dont use "random agent spoofer" or the addon from firefox called "privacy settings"
but it's a good place to get you started and familiarize yerself with settings,,,i have personally checked them
out and they are the quick fix.....but hopefully after time You'll Graduate Further.

let me give you some more firefox starter advice... study these links
for a while before changing your browser settings, it took me over a decade to learn this stuff
so dont think you're going to learn it overnight, and if you are using addons,,, your addon settings
must Never conflict with your about:config settings or with other.
