The imagen that I posted is of “Teotihuacan” (300 to 900 this Era) it was a place were several ethnic groups would meet and they did human scrifices as well 1,100 years ago.
Apocalypto is a very good Film about the “Maya” whom inhabited Mexico as well as Central America.
Your clip is a representation of what must have happened from 1800 Before Christ to around 1500 After Christ the latest ( from 3,800 to 500 years ago).
Were those Maya and the Aztec and many other ethnic groups in Mexico a bunch of savages?
Yes, they were although the Maya performed those human sacrifices to their Gods, to the Sun, to the Rain, etc..
