galrads: I washed my car earlier today and it's been snowing ever since. It's still daylight but visibility is about two-feet.
Better snow than little rain in the dust (makes everything muddy). Every time I wash my car it rains. ??

lifeisadream: I have been invited to team up for a development proposal in a different state of where I am living at so I went to inspect the area/land and I got to talk to the rural people and listen to what they want and how to improve their living conditions according to what they value most. They are people that get by day by day, poor people(to the western standards) but with a great attitude towards life, they are grateful to life and they just want to ensure their getting water for their everyday needs. I am happy to be able to give them (as a team) some options for sustainable development of their community and they will get the water they need and they will get to produce some forage for their animals and take care of a beautiful and productive forest near by them.
so how are they going to fulfill an assurance of acquitted water?
