What is Buddhism?
The best explanation of the Buddha's teachings comes from the Buddha himself.
In Sanskrit the teachings are called the Dharma and in Tibetan Chö.
Both mean «the way things are«.
So Buddhism can be seen as a set of tools that enable us to see things as they really are here and now.
Buddhism has no dogmas and allows question marks to be placed everywhere.

one of the bystanders was a tiny women from India who told me at that time that I looked like a Muslim because of how I'm styled my beard/head. (maybe wear a burka thingy next time so she don't recognize you and a shower cap just incase she does)

The way things are going with the republicans, I suspect the country is going to go far left in next
election. People are getting feed up with broken promises from the right and the left. Republicans
do not seem to be able to work together as a unit. Maybe a government that takes over health
insurance completely to control cost maybe the only solution.

This is something I'v been meaning to ask someone that might know for a loooooooong time. If reincarnation is real, why does the Dalai Lama keep coming back from the same region? You'd think that he would be born somewhere else occasionally, or as a she.
