Arthur_Sixpence: Fair play to you, I do both... The group work is music orientated and crafts related... It doesn't feel like work half the time, and with the one to one, it just feels like being with a family member... I guess that's when you know the job is the right fit.... And on that note, I've to think about preparing for the day of work ahead... Nice making your acquaintance... Have a grand evening...
Yes I did group work prior to my present role and loved it too
And you're right, working with people one on one builds close relationships which makes me feel privileged. . although it can be tricky when it has to come to an end for one reason or another
So here I am now, two years on and today have had another leg of this incredible journey unfold...
Yesterday I attended an internal interview, 6 positions up for grabs and 14 applicants .. the program I have been working with for the past 12 months is coming to an end on June 30 but these further opportunities were revealed a couple of weeks ago and expressions of interest invited.
And this afternoon I received a call to say I was successful!
My role will change slightly and will be more challenging but I love what I do and am so looking forward to it
