Coconut flour, small amount dried Mandarin, dried Kiwi fruit, dried Banana
also dried Mango from Philippines, dried Goji Berries, Goose Berries, dried
Mangosteen, seedless Raisins, shredded dried Coconut, dried Pineapple, dried
Papaya, Pecan-nuts, Walnuts, dried Apple, Macadamia nuts,
Sunflower seeds, tsp Colombian Red Palm Fruit Oil, two eggs, super-loaf
baked to perfection; light & bouncy Marboulius Golden Crust Bread

When my daughter is in a hurry and not enough time to cook she would prepare a Korean ramen:
2-3 tablespoon olive oil
2-3 small cucumber (peeled and diced or a more artistic cut)
sauté some
add the salt+spices that come with the ramen
the dried herbs as well
Pour some hot water
let ot boil for 3 min low heat
and that is good.
She has escalated to the shrimp flavor which is hot!
that ramen must cost around $0.75 American Dollar.

We must have the not so bright Asians here in oz, or all into kfc & maccas
I will just have to go for a yum cha and hope that the resturant i go to have them

I believe they're called Cheong Fan (rolled rice noodles) steamed rice noodles are rolled around a variety of fillings, most commonly beef, shrimp, or pork. They come drizzled with a sweet soy sauce.
