It was lovely. The skin is like duck and the meat is like chicken.

Unfortunately, it is guinea pig.

I will pass.

.

I was offered Llama for lunch in Bolivia and there was nothing else around mile and miles I just couldn't have it but there was palta (avocado) and it was delicious.

At Bolivia I liked Quinoa soup and Tucumanas (pic )

Perú Causa Limeña (I would prefer it vegetarian though).

In Perú there are two Chefs that are rescuing their ancestral cuisine Acurio and Virgilio and they are doing a great job.

Looks nice.

I'd try llama. Don't see an issue with that. Our cow, their llama, another's horse.

That said, I eat less meat now.

I used to have some meat (yet never acquired a taste for pork) but now I prefer not to still I would have marine protein and I will choose the species that are more sustainable and there are lists of it like the one below for each particular place people live at:

Asian farmed fish has not taste and they might contain some chemicals because of the plastic liners in their ponds (same with the fish from farms here besides the nutritious content of them in comparison to ocean species) so I would go preferably with local-national ocean species (I am aware of the ocean pollution as well blues )

So, choose your poison laugh

Track16: Fried cod.

thumbs up
Went to PEI several years ago. Paid to go on a boat with about 15 other persons. Took one of the freshly caught cod to my cabin and cooked it. Deelicious! Nothing compared to it, whether fresh cod in a supermarket or salted cod. cheers
