One2note: I agree, servers work very hard & are often under appreciated. However, I don't see why the customer should be burdened with the responsibility of topping up the majority of their wages, when surely , that should lay with the employer. The real hard work, is done behind the scenes in the kitchen , but they don't receive the gratitude they merit.
