galrads: When I do my daily laps I wear zoomers on my feet sometimes and swim at least one 25-yard length submersed, one breath to warm up and then I swim, alternating, 23laps one day, 45 laps the next etc. only thing I hate about it is the chlorine.
In the sea it's the salt to complain of, and in a hot springs swimming pool, it's the heat of the water.

I've never attended any Gym. My kids once bought a home gym, but I did not use it.

I swam in galas, which is very good for ur competitiveness.
