How could you possibly kill the entire oz forum with your humour? And as far as humour goes, not everyone gets me either so there ya go. The whole idea is to just have a good time while we can because life is simply too short to be miserable all the time.

Zoroastrianism: 600 BC, From the Shast-na-shayast 13:29- "Whatever is disagreeable to yourself, do not do unto others."
Confucianism: 557 BC, From the Analects 15:23- "What you do not want done to yourself, do not do to others."
Buddhism: 560 BC, From the Udanavarga 5:18- "Hurt not others with that which pains yourself."

On etiquette, it varies, these defines our individual customs and traditions as well as preferences, but like you said, things that I'd love done to me, I'll do it with others. The golden rule, best explains it.
I'm never late on schedule, date or anything.
Anyways being insulting for the sake expressing one's feelings to me is rude, I avoid those people.
