You should join the Armed Forces, and may I ask, did you vote the last Federal election?

I say they should have let the family's of Saddams victim's throw stone's. Hanging him was a quick way to go, stoning would have let him feel some pain.

Vigilante.. so you wish to be an extremist, and fight for your cause.. not unlike the very terrorists you spoke against earlier in the thread?

In the news this morning Bush said that Saddam's execution could have been more "dignified". What did he mean...candles and soft music? A really deep "Dead Man Walking" type soliliqy?

"Could ya please kill him for us? But kill him nice like...Okie Dokie?"

I am impressed by everyones opinion. And that is exactly what it is, an opinion. We all, would like to change the world to make it a better place to live but as long as we have dictators in office things will not change. We as citizens have the right to vote. If you do not take the opportunity to vote, then you do not have the right to voice an opinion. I am dead set against war, I am dead set against violence, but? And there always will be that but. I will not sit back and watch someone or something be hurt. I will not sit back and watch as my country or family are being attacked. To the young soldier, I commend you for defending my country. To all the young soldiers of Canada I commend them. Hats off to you. It is easy for us to sit in front of our computers and pass opinions on things that we don't know anything about. I have never been in a situation like this soldier has or in fact like any soldier has and I hope and pray that I never will. We should all feel blessed that we live in Canada.
I have read all of the comments in under the Saddam topic and everyone of you is right because it is your opinion. Just because I do not agree with your opinion does not make it wrong. I would be sad if we all thought the same. Have a good day. peace

When US troops end up killing non-combatants and kids, etc. It's..."ooops, sorry, the price of fighting for freedom, ya know how it is". If anyone else does it, the US are the first ones to condemn the perpetrators as monsters.
