robplum: I am the proud owner of complete set of windows and microsoft office operating systems explaining all templates, functions and commands, will photograph and post asap in wildlife picture thread...
i saw it...have to say back in the day when i started the first division of this business i'm doin now, i used Word Perfect to crank out thousands of mailers and postcards, it worked great.
crayons: good stuff here, but i want to ask you which experimental firefox build are you using,
i'm using the stable 51 version "not the beta" on 2 machines back here in the back using "only a firefox browser" with ixquick and duckduckgo search engines for unfettered non manipulated searches for parts and motorized vehicle searches and for privacy...one site has over 120 tracking scripts on it that can be blocked the way i'm doing it now, so getting to the question and you having a different perspective,,,
What are you going to do when FF57 is rolled out in november and the legacy extensions like disconnect, noscript, HTTPS everywhere are discontinued? Will the FF nightly build still support legacy or is it time to now start thinking about moving to another system?
Na i am using nightly version 39.0.0.5557, last security update was 52.0a1 I then turned off security updates on 7th Oct 2016.
mostly i use google search but firefox can search others i don't mind cause Webroot + SuperAnySpyware is monitoring online traffic as is Bitdefender and Spybot.
I mostly use google chrome browser but that's not default, but I do prefer the tab type browser system over firefox as i think chrome is far more secure for CS, Banking like activities than firefox

actually FF is more secure and faster due to about:config string and bolean commands. i dont use any security except for S&D because one can do their own manual security changes with the updated open source security list that every security co. uses... reducing your footprint & bandwidth thus increasing your privacy.
FF57 is probably going to take those option away from us in Nov. and take the chrome fork which i definitely want to avoid. I use FF because i dont want free or paid security transmitting to and from my browser.
