i like to have one cigarette a day 1/2 in the morning the other 1/2 at night. I have no plans on quitting that

Iam not a chain smoker, but i need sometimes to release my work headache. When this happen i replace my lunch and dinner only with coffee and cigarrete.. I know this is very bad !
But since last December i change my habit to xylitol pepermints gum. Wrigleys cigarretes ! I still can control my body lust of cigarrette.

put them down in July'94 after about a week in Hospital with a mild Heart-attack!

I tried to cut out the cigarettes by switching to a few small cigars per day, instead, then I went on to vaping. Biggest series of mistakes I ever made, now I do all three.
