How will you get rid of all the politicians and religions, or half the population in a way that is for 'the betterment of all people'
I'm thinking maybe the people you were getting rid of would not agree that you guys were meeting the spirit nor letter of the "all people" part!

I think cutting down a discriminatory random half would already give a betterment.
