I'm no expert but I assume you plant some underground , water regularly & hopefully by the summer , you'll have spelt growing wildly, all over your allotment .professor thumbs up

I do not see people buying 100kg bags from you on mail order, if you got tons of it sell it to a company that uses it in the products.

Change from using stone grinding to iron . The stone wears putting grit in the flour causing teeth to wear .It used to be a major problem . Won't make any difference to the product if its iron ground .
