I think as a younger man I would have gone berserk in some way, experience has shown this approach simply creates more anxiety in one form or another.

LOL ... I have a cold shower every morning and it's a n extra blast when it's freezing outside !
But few people that I know ( other than Nordics and Russians ) ever seem to understand the pure raw natural pleasure that it brings !!!

smoke weed
listen to music
kill some time (smashing a watch!)
I was and am always in need of good advice on cooling down from being mad or fed up with stuff since its something which will happen at times, if not even often, so keep them coming
