Oh Ye~ah, spaghetti westerns were the Best, but since you brought up the Tango,,, well...i'm sure you know that the Tango originated in Argentina(south america) not Italy...
"Cowboy" is translated in all South American languages as "Goucho"; and the linguistics were carried forward by the Spaniards/Italians and eventually known by all Europeans...
