My favorite is the German Bratwurst and Rindswurst. I only buy my sausages from Aldi Market. I .do eat a lot of American hot dogs, but don't like 100% pure beef. Next, I like smoked sausage. When it comes to breakfast sausage, I don't like links, only patties.

Germany are famous for their sausages . Too many varieties to mention, although traditionally , sausages are made of pork .

Yes One2Note they are.I like to take Polska Kielbasa and add pasta to it with cheese sauce.
Breakfast sausage is good mixed with Eggs,hash browns to make a breakfast bowl.

I'll treat this like a serious thread at least until it turns into a joke like it certainly will.
For pasta I like both hot and sweet Italian sausage. The Hungarians make a sausage which almost nobody that's not Hungarian ever heard of but it is so delicious it with make your tongue slap your brains out. It's called Hurka, Don't forget to roll the "R". It comes in either dark made with Blood and rice, or light made with Liver and rice.
