Talking to people face to face , chatting via phone , or hiding behind a computer screen?
For me, it's talking face to face with a person. You get a vibe, either through eye contact or body movement. A simple hi & a smile goes a long long way , whereas online, that probably wouldn't get a response & you have to guess what kind of wording would merit a response !
Which one of the three would be more comfortable with?
There's a temporal aspect to your post, it starts with hiding behind a screen, graduating to chatting on the phone, then face to face... I guess out of the 3 I'd do comparatively better at face to face, everyone seems more nervous than me.

Me also.. It's easier to spot their imperfections face to face. A confident phone mannerism doesn't always mean they are the same when meeting in the flesh!

In my case, its hard to use photoshop in a face to face conversation
I.....think most men on here....are more confident./best. is when they are dancing....in the arms of a woman they adore.......the last dance of the evening.....*the horizontal mamba*....by candle light...and soft music in the background.....awwww how nice.....

Good thread!
Nothing beats meeting someone face to face.,to see if they are the person you imagined them to be,, and it is always nice when some at least ,,,are or that we have built them up to more than they really are.
