Which places to visit in Canada? (35)
dandann: Hi all,
I wanted to ask the Canadians which places are worth visiting?
Early next year I'm going to visit Canada for about 3 weeks, so I was wondering which cities would you recommend.
I've been few times to St. John's and Halifax. Both cities are awesome and I loved it, but I was wondering which other cities might be interesting to visit. I'm not club person, more interested in the cultural side.

Hi Dan 
I can say the East coast is a wonderful place to see in the summer months, but you've already been there
Alberta has many things to offer, summer or winter. All the provinces do.
Go see the Rocky Mountains and watch for all the wildlife, pretty much anywhere's in Canada.
Edmonton/Calgary/Red Deer are the major cities in Alberta, with tons of events to see.
Can google to see events taking place when your in Canada.
Shopping malls are huge/ all different foods from all over the world to try/many cultures reside here.
Im sure others can inform you of the events there, Im not a city person.

(Eh)...seems to be quite popular...used at the beginning of a sentence/or the end..
As a question (short form)...
Example:....I went down to the river to go fishing eh?
Someone would answer..."oh ya, so what did you do there?"
Just a silly form of chatter is all

Theres lots of Canada to see. >Rodeos, sports events, foodfests, entertainment....... and the list goes on, and on.. And there s plenty of people who will sit and have a beer with you and answer your questions. I suggest, do some reseach and find what you re after ,then enjoy yourself.

You might like Drumheller, Alberta... You can google it, its real cool there. Lots to do too.
Banff, Alberta is beautiful! Its expensive there though! Same with Jasper, Alberta. Calgary has lots of interesting
things also. B.C. is beautiful for nice weather, and the Mountains are real nice, and lots of beautiful lakes.
Tourist information places have lots of info to look at too.
