lindsyjones: I read it from the Guardians today that just because of Brexit, the English or Britons can't relocate or live in another European country.

Is this for real?

If it's the case, I'm sure it's just a talk, who's going to lose economically?

For purposes of discussion, it sounds silly.

Yep, the UK voted for Brexit.
If they follow through on Brexit, this is a consequence.
Am surprised this is 'news' to anyone.

I would not consider it as a consequence.

The early talks centred on the rights of other EU citizens to remain in UK and vice versa .

But for people who want to move after Brexit is completed then no doubt there'll be 'normal' visa and residence applications to undergo and the 'ordinary' health n wealth' checks. Many EU countries have sizeable expat Brit communities and it would not make sense economically to displace those people - the losers would be the countries themselves.

Some countries of course will be RS holes and make life difficult for Brits, but what's new ... it's almost part of established french tradition to be rude to the rosbifs!

If it happens ... no doubt the Brits will Strike Back !

cheers

Considering that as a direct effect, I agree with you, UK, has the strongest independent economic power of all EU, to use restrictions among other things on their movement would economically deplete the revenue of the rest of the EU countries. I meant to say, visa requirements would discourage easy plan of traveling.
