Is it when people make us cross, and we like to get rid of them as soon as possible,
as we don't want to deal with their negativity.

If you know positively that you dont ever will want to communicate with smb, well then blocking them is doing you both a favour - I block a LOT of ppl

I would say I´m a blocker, yes, I do a lot and its always for the same reason: No means NO. Period. If someone doesn´t get it at first sight I usually open second message, respond it and block inmediately. Right botton black & white option down the green one.

mollybaby: I have never blocked anybody, apart from obvious scammers, and that happens after the first email they send.
Me too...and most are scammers. Saves me time and less stress

i set my mailbox to block Everyone, 200 women a month
sending me their phone numbers & email addresses
telling me to contact them "NOW" is a bit much.
I just got tired of repeating myself over and over
that they could contact me through this site...
what the heck is wrong with them contacting me or
anyone else on this sites private mail? i got tired
of it all.
anyhow i've since made this site look like an old 1980's
IBM DOS formatted site on my computer...no pictures,
no photos.no embeded youtube nothing, just print.

I hear ya there, it's so much work.
Someone needs to write an app for an antisocial network, I think.
Then an adjunct to CS where dating and resultant true love are out.

Rough question really.
So far I've never blocked any one.
It doesn't bother me about heated discussions, hard topics, and other things similar.
I don't think men have quite the same trouble women might with perverse behavior.
I've already experienced people wishing death on me off and on through the years simply based on my stance in some areas and no worries there.
Until something fully arises that I were to use the block option, at the moment, I can't come up with many reasons.

On CS messages I have no problem to easily block out anyone that is not right,specially scammers or silly man ....Like one today send me a message that his looking ' for his missing rib in a women ' Is it when people make us cross, and we like to get rid of them as soon as possible,
