annaroach: ,, no, but some think that women are only out to get their money
Is not gold everything that shines... and the one that boasts about wealth and waisting money, frequently calculates every penny how to save and spend less ...lol. Is really not what someone say but how it act's!
Gold is in person attitude and character, the way it treats women and others ...

johnjobo: Aw i know but sure them lads will be single a long time with that attuide..
And lot's of men too will be single a long time with that attitude that measures women pocket...and probably most of them are the very people who say that are scared women might go in their pocket, while keeping an eye what she has to offer finencially ...
annaroach: Firstly ,what do you mean by a certain age.?
Personally ,i'm all for the idea of sharing,, in all ways
This thread was prompted by the amount of men, that i heard saying, that women were only wanting money ,when looking for a man.
Has that answered your question ?
Yes, thanks, for partially answering my questions. By certain age... I guess I mean like: in youth, a lot of women look at available men and wonder what their children would look like together for other older women, his life is her life want, she wants to be an important part of it (and vice versa) ... just stuff like that. The latter I believe is long gone in this culture.

I have past the wondering what our children might look like thankfully. And have come to what i consider ,,the best part. of life
All i would want now, is that someone, with whom, like you said, i would be an important part of his life, and he mine
I'm still hoping ,that he is out there ,, one can but dream!
annaroach: If there are some that do,, they are in the minority.
The majority of the women on here, are self supportive, and have been for many years, and wouldn't even dream of expecting a man to provide for then.
The times have changed so much, and either both work and contribute, in the case of a couple,, in the case of a single women, i think her preference would be to be independent .
So men, enjoy your money,,,,,,,,, we don't want it,,
this is my opinion,,,,,, anyone else agree?
Well, if they have more than they need, and want to share, it would be rude to refuse.
If I had more than I needed, and wanted to share it with a nice man, I'd be quite hurt if he spurned it.
There is nothing wrong with being with a man for money I don't like broke men. I have always gone out with/married well to do. That shower me with things. What's wrong with that?
IT MUST COME ALONG WITH LOVE. I LOVE HIM, HE LOVES ME
if I don't love you, I'm not going to spend your money. i would never go out with someone just for money. that's pretty shallow empty and uncaring. money is a bonus. money and love work/are great together. so why are you trying to put it down?, just because you can't accomplish the goal. don't hate. I love my men. They can spend all the money they want on me. It's a pleasure I work for myself. My finances go up and down. I have goals that I work forward....to. I don't know how to explain it to you,,,they will spoil you. But you have to be a nice kind polite caring person, and genuine. You don't want to use anyone for money, THAT'S not nice

Track16: Most who say women just want money are bitter and blames everyone but themselves for their failures
So, do we assume that that remark is based upon extensive research across enough men to form a 'significant' sample' ?
Or (perhaps more likely) is this the disconnected rambling of a sad man who thinks his act of selling out and joining with women in attacking other men will ingratiate himself to them and get himself laid ?

I decided to put this theory to the test. I saw a woman standing on a street corner smoking a cigarette. She was wearing fishnet stockings, a miniskirt, and had bright red lipstick on... "You lookin' for business guv'nor?" she asked in a screetchy Eastenders accent. Then she listed all these acts of intimacy and how much they cost.
