Yes, thanks, for partially answering my questions. By certain age... I guess I mean like: in youth, a lot of women look at available men and wonder what their children would look like together for other older women, his life is her life want, she wants to be an important part of it (and vice versa) ... just stuff like that. The latter I believe is long gone in this culture.

and have been for many years, and wouldn't even dream of expecting a man to

The times have changed so much, and either both work and contribute,
