sometimes I read. sometimes I post on here for a few minutes. I usually sleep like a rock but if I cannot sleep after 15 minutes or so I get back up for about 30 minutes and read , post or watch TV

I rarely have trouble sleeping as I clear my mind of troubles and thoughts of things I can leave until tomorrow when I lay me down to rest lol
If I wake during the night I use a meditation technique which has worked for me since I was 18 years old
