I like my Adidas Energy running shoes... pricey but they are light, made of fabric to let your feet breathe, good toe box, wraps around your feet like nothing's on. Easy to keep clean, durable, good color, good traction blah blah blah

I am told - a pair of Roller skates or 2 Cheap Sneakers with ball races fitted in the soles and another two strapped to yer back.-

As Track said, you have to go to an experienced seller.
Different shaped feet suit different shoes. No one brand suits everybody.

I've been running since the 80s. The best quality and durability is Nike....I like the Pegasus model....the sole lasts forever. You'll have to try a pair on....get a half size bigger for the spread of your feet. See if the shape of that shoe suits the shape of your feet...otherwise you'll have to look at something else. Cheers!

Maybe its not the running shoes causing the problems, maybe its the pants. Try running around with no pants on and see how that goes.
