Because United Nations acted with bias in breach of its own charter when it took sides with the US and deployed in 1950. It still seems out of order for United Nations to mediate in dispute with North Korea because:

Clearly because UN in first instance acted against NK Russia and China it cannot be said to be impartial promoting peace and security by starting WW3.

Why? Do you not think that the UK has contingency plans in place should Britain be attacked by US/Australia/Canada/China/India etc etc. Any and all governing parties have to ensure the safety of their country as the most paramount, therefore plans like these would be in place, without them the rulers would be severely lacking!
